DOVER - After their Week 5 game initially scheduled against Linsly (W.V.) was postponed earlier this week, the Dover Tornadoes have found a new opponent for this Friday's contest - Western Reserve Academy in Hudson.

The two schools reached a verbal agreement late Tuesday night, and the matchup was officially announced Wednesday morning.

Dover's initially scheduled game against Linsly was cancelled last weekend due to elevated COVID-19 numbers in West Virginia's Ohio County, forcing the Cadets to not travel outside the state.

The Western Reserve Pioneers, whose football team has yet to play a game this season, replace Linsly, who will play fellow Ohio County school Wheeling Park this weekend.
