Buckeye Career Center to host Sophomores Visit February 1-5

NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio - Buckeye Career Center will host area sophomore students for in-person visits from February 1-5.

The event, which usually occurs in November, was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the school assures extra precautions will be taken to allow the in-person visits, which are intended for students in Tuscarawas, Carroll, and Holmes Counties 'who are interested in learning more about the career center's over 30 high school career-technical programs.'

B.C.C. will host students from Newcomerstown, Claymont, Hiland, Indian Valley, New Philadelphia, Strasburg, Garaway, Dover, Carrollton, and Tusky Valley, according to a Wednesday press release. The school also plans to release a Virtual 360 online tour of the school this winter.
