Ridgewood, Garaway, Sandy Valley head area Division IV-V All Ohio picks

TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio - The Ridgewood Generals led the area in All-Ohio football selections among Divisions IV and V, which were released on Tuesday.

Seven Ridgewood players made the team, with junior quarterback Gabe Tingle heading the first-team at his position. Tingle led the Generals to an undefeated 6-0 regular season, along with an appearance in the Division V Region 19 final.

Sandy Valley senior quarterback Cameron Blair was also named to the First Team, and his top wide receiver Demetrius Evans also took First Team honors; not to be outdone, Ridgewood defensive lineman Zach Prater was also a top teamer.

Garaway Pirates senior Garrett Newsome was the Second Team's quarterback, joined by Ridgewood O-lineman JJ Durr,  D-lineman Bryce Prater, and Sandy Valley defensive back Brady Russell.

On the Third Team, Deontae Brandon (LB) and Dalton Patterson (WR) represented the Generals, Mason Tucci (WR) repped the Cardinals, and Pirates receiver Jaydon Miller also took Third Team honors,

Honorable Mentions included five Pirates players, including linemen Luke Miller and Jarett Wallick, linebacker Garrett Hershberger, and defensive back Alexander Roden. Sandy Valley picks included O-lineman Wyatt Moyer and linebacker Jared Drobney, while Javan Belt (DB) rounded out the Ridgewood picks.
