NEW PHILADELPHIA (Tusco TV) - A city man suspected of using inhalants when he drove into the front of Menards Wednesday morning is now wanted for failing to appear in court.

New Philadelphia Municipal Court records indicate a bench warrant was issued Thursday when the 27-year-old did not show up for his arraignment on charges including OVI, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and abusing a harmful intoxicant.

The same man racked up even charges the morning after the crash when officers found him parked near a Walmart loading dock with six cans of computer duster, according to police call records. Then, he was charged again early Thursday morning when police found him in a store bathroom with another can of duster. He is charged in those incidents with theft, disorderly conduct and two more counts of abusing harmful intoxicants. His arraignment on those charges is scheduled for November 7th.
