New Philadelphia, Ohio - The Tuscarawas County Public Library System's Main Library is inviting the community to learn about historic and modern dental practices.

The library system is hosting a program titled  "Filling the Gap: An 18th Century Dental Experience" on April 11th beginning at 6:30 pm at the Main Library at 121 Fair Ave. NW in New Philadelphia. 

Registered Dental Hygienist Malissa Fox will be on hand to share her historical collection of dental tools and teeth. Attendees will learn about the tools dentists used in the 18th century, as well as the options people had to replace their teeth. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
