Union Hospital Auxilary makes safety adjustments to Christmas Tree Festival

DOVER, Ohio - Despite the recent surge in COVID-19 cases diagnosed on the local and stat levels, the Union Hospital Auxilary will be moving forward with its 27th annual Warther's Christmas Tree Festival - with some slight adjustments.

The Auxilary has made the decision to transition its in-person dinner and auction on Friday night to a carryout dinner and online auction, according to a press release.

Reservations for the Tree Festival's showcase scheduled for the week of Nov. 14-22 in the Ernest Warther Museum and Gardens in Dover can be found at thewarthermuseum.com/plan.

All COVID-19 protocols are in place at the museum and include a virtual tree listing and description program, along with virtual voting on your favorite large and small trees. Those who are quarantining or would rather avoid gatherings can enjoy a virtual tour of the trees on christmastreefest.com.
