Dover-Phila 'Then and Now' virtual tour set for Dec. 7

DOVER, Ohio - Kim Jurkovic, Local History Librarian of the Dover Historical Society Archives, will conduct a virtual of "Then and Now in Dover and New Phila" on Monday, December 7 at 6:30 p.m. over Zoom.

The presentation will feature pictures from the past and present of two of Tuscarawas County's most prominent cities, which have been intertwined for more than two centuries.

“During these difficult times,” Sherrel Rieger, Adult Programming Specialist says, “It is good to look back and reflect on the community spirit that has carried us through.”

Jurkovic will invite participants to recognize photos of places from the past and to contemplate the changes these places have undergone over the years.
