Dover, Ohio - Fair week may have gotten off to a soggy start this year, but there’s sun and plenty of fun in the forecast as the fairgrounds reopens for day two.

Junior Fair events for the day begin at 9 a.m. and include a Market Hog Show in the Main Show Arena and a Dressage Show and English Horse & Pony Show in the Horse Arena.

Evening livestock events include a Guys & Gals Lead Class at 5 p.m., Junior Fair Market & Dairy Goat Showmanship contest and Market & Dairy Goat Show at 6 and an Open Class Dairy Show at 7.

Tuesday evening also marks the return of another fair-week favorite - The WJER Band-O-Rama.

Emceed by WJER Radio's Gary Petricola, this showcase of homegrown marching band talent will feature selections from the Claymont, Dover, Garaway, Indian Valley, Newcomerstown, New Philadelphia and Tusky Valley high school marching bands. The showcase begins at 6 p.m., and grandstand seating is free with fair admission.
