Bolivar, Ohio – The Bolivar-Zoar Rotary is welcoming the dean of Kent State University at Tuscarawas to wrap their 2019 Speaker Series.

Dr. Brad Bielski will be the third and final speaker in this year's series. He will be at the Fort Laurens Theatre on Monday evening to give an update on the local university's current state and its future. The event is free to attend and open to the public. Doors open at 6 pm, and the presentation starts at 6:30.
