Newcomerstown, Ohio - Newcomerstown Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their annual Christmas Parade is this Saturday, December 8th.  Lineup begins at 11:30 am at the high school. The parade starts at 1 pm.

Parade-goers and participants are invited to stop by East School immediately following the parade for free refreshments and photos with Santa.
