New Philadelphia, Ohio - Kindergarten registration for the 2019-2020 school year is now underway in the New Philadelphia City School District. Registration will run through March 8th and is open to students who turn 5  on or before August 1st.  

You may register your child by accessing the New Philadelphia City Schools Website at www.npschools.org and clicking on the "Registration" link under the “Parent” drop-down menu. After completing and submitting the forms online, you will be called and your child will be scheduled for a screening appointment. 

Screening will take place March 18- 22 at the Front Street Administrative Building (located at 248 Front Ave SW). Parents are asked to bring the following items to the screening:

• Any registration forms that were not submitted electronically online
• Birth certificate with seal
• Proof of residence, such as utility bill for gas, electric or water
• Legal documents pertaining to custody (if applicable)
• Immunization records
