CARROLLTON (WJER) - A Carroll County judge has lowered the bond for the man in custody for the April death of a 14-year old Dellroy boy.

30-year-old Matthew Little was arraigned Wednesday morning in Carroll County Common Pleas Court after being arrested earlier this month in connection to the overdose death of Jonathan Minard who was found buried in a shallow grave on a farm in Washington Township days after he was reported missing. Carroll County Prosecutor Steven Barnett says little was arraigned on the 15-count indictment (where he entered not guilty pleas to all counts.)

“He appeared with his attorneys and entered not guilty pleas on all counts, and the court entertained a bond request from the defendant to amend his bond,” he says.

Barnett says bond was lowered from the original $10-million to $1-million with a ten-percent feature and includes stipulations that little wear a GPS ankle monitor and not leave his parents’ farm should he post bond. Carroll County Jail officials confirmed late Wednesday that Little remains in their custody.
