New Philadelphia, Ohio – The Kiwanis Club of Dover-New Philadelphia has the answer for all those hungry pancake lovers.

The club will be holding its annual “Pancake Day” pancake breakfast this Saturday, November 3rd, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Philadelphia Tuscora Park Pavilion.

The breakfast will help raise money for community service projects and youth scholarships.  Ticket prices are $5 and can be purchased in advance from any Kiwanis Club member and at the door on November 3rd.

A silent auction also will be held to help fund the many community projects that the Kiwanis Club supports. In addition, choirs from both Dover High School and New Philadelphia High School will be performing during the event.

The Dover-New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club is part of Kiwanis International and has been providing volunteer service for 95 years with the goal of improving local communities. Specifically, Kiwanis has a priority of supporting young children and conducting projects addressing the needs of area youth.

The club is always looking for members and meets at the Tuscarawas County Senior Center each Tuesday at noon.
