WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 1am to noon Wednesday for portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania, east central Ohio and northern and northern panhandle of West Virginia. Mixed precipitation is expected with total snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulation up to two-tenths of an inch. Hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
