NEW PHILADELPHIA - The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will be welcoming author Mindy McGinnis to close out the 2019 Visiting Author Series.

McGinnis will be at New Towne Mall this Thursday beginning at 6 pm to discuss how her newest release, "HEROINE", takes on the opioid epidemic from a teen perspective. Copies of the book will be available for purchase with a signing to follow the free event. Seating is limited and registration is required by calling 330-364-4474 or visiting the Library's online event calendar at tusclibray.org. The event will take place at the event space near Dick's Sporting Goods and Ulta.
