Uhrichsville, Ohio - Police say additional charges are pending against a South Center Street man whose social media posts landed him in jail last week.

Sgt. Mike Hickman says they arrested 29-year-old Bo Cosens Thursday for aggravated menacing after two videos posted on Cosens’ Facebook page were brought to their attention.

In one of the videos, Cosens goes on an expletive-filled rant about the union members picketing up the street at the Claymont Primary school. He also says in the video that he's going to get his pistol and shoot the picketers. In the other, Cosens appears to be smoking marijuana while boasting about giving the picketers cookies laced with laxatives.

Cosens was arraigned on the aggravated menacing charge Friday in Southern District, and Judge Brad Hillyer set his bail at $110,000.

Hickman says charges are also pending against both Cosens and his girlfriend for permitting drug abuse, complicity and disorderly conduct in a school zone. He says the department will also be seeking a felony charge against Cosens for trafficking drugs in a school zone. He says the cookie incident is still under investigation and could result in additional charges.
