Tuscarawas County, Ohio - The Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office says two suspects believed to have been involved in a shooting earlier this week in Oxford Township remain at large.

On December 5th at approximately 3:17 pm, dispatch was advised of a shooting on Liberty Road. Deputies responded to the scene and, upon further investigation, determined that an armed robbery involving firearms had occurred.

Detectives say a juvenile from Newcomerstown was treated for non-life threatening injuries, and two suspects were taken into custody. Samantha S. Owen of Newcomerstown and Ian A. Cultrona of Dover are both charged with complicity to commit aggravated robbery. Two other suspects - Douglas M. Casteel of West Lafayette and Lucian A. Lambes of Newcomerstown - are wanted for aggravated robbery and remain at large. 

Detectives say both suspects have a history of drug abuse and violent behavior involving weapons and should be considered armed and dangerous.
