*AS OF MARCH 12TH 2020*

NEW PHILADELPHIA - Tuscarawas County Job & Family Services issued a press release stating their office will remain open amid the current Coronavirus emergency.

They say the agency will remain open, but the Governor encourages anyone needing or receiving agency services to use the phone and computer systems in place to conduct business whenever possible.

If you do visit the agency, they ask that you please don’t bring anyone who exhibits any symptoms with you. If someone looks or acts ill, the TCJFS will ask them to leave the building. Health and safety of employees and clients is the priority, and all necessary precautions will be taken to keep everyone safe.

Also, please be considerate of others and use alternative forms of contact if you do not feel well or have been exposed to someone who is not well.

The Governor and the CDC both continue to reiterate: stay home if you do not feel well.
