Strasburg, Ohio - The Strasburg Branch of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System will host a Fall Fest on Tuesday, October 30th, at 4 pm. Participants will celebrate the fall season with a slow cooker challenge, games, and a paint-your-own headstone craft provided by Synergy Sign.
