SUGARCREEK - The Sugarcreek Branch of the Tuscarawas County Public Library System will be welcoming the Akron Zoomobile for a special program on the connection between animals and outer space.

Zoo staff will talk about all the different types of animals that have been used in space expeditions during "Out of This World Animals" this Friday starting at 1:30 pm at the Sugarcreek Fire Station Pavilion (152 N. Broadway).  Attendees will have the chance to get up close to animals like an owl, ferret, and bird while learning about how these animals fared in outer space.

The program is free to attend but registration is required. People can register by calling the Sugarcreek Branch 330-852-2813 or the Main Library in New Philadelphia at 330-364-4474, or by visiting the library's online registration calendar at www.tusclibrary.org.
