NEW PHILADELPHIA - New Philadelphia high school recognizes Fiona Armstrong and Noah Mutti as Students of the Month for February.

Armstrong, a junior at NPHS, plays for the tennis team and enjoys extracurricular activities such as Science Club, French Club, Art Club, and Book Club. She is very active in 4-H and enjoys taking on leadership roles, such as being president of her club, and the Food and Fashion Board. Fiona hopes to attend college to pursue a career in art. She is the daughter of Astra and Kevin Armstrong.

Mutti attends NPHS as a senior, where he is a member of the Bowling Team and the PLTW program. He also participates in numerous 4-H clubs and is an active Volunteer Firefighter at the York Township Fire Department. He is the son of Lori and Keith Mutti.
