– Matti-Lynn Chrisman of Cambridge was crowned Miss Ohio at the Renaissance Theatre in Mansfield Saturday evening. Among the 20 contestants vying for the crown was Madeline Carter, Miss Clayland who was named 1^st runner-up. Executive Director of the Miss Clayland Scholarship Program Martha Campbell says they are incredibly pleased with how Carter represented this area. “She did a fantastic job and we are just so incredibly proud of her. How well she performed, how well she spoke, she was truly a very classy woman who represented our area very well.” Carter went home with a total of $6,300 in scholarship money.
