Uhrichsville, Ohio - Five suspects charged in connection with a robbery in Oxford Township are being held at the Tuscarawas County Jail on million dollar bonds.

Douglas M. Casteel of West Lafayette and Lucian A. Lambes of Newcomerstown appeared in Southern District Court Tuesday for arraignment. Lambes was arrested Monday afternoon in Uhrichville following a high-speed chase, and Casteel was taken into custody Monday night in Akron. Both are charged with aggravated robbery in connection with a December 5th robbery on Liberty Road that resulted in the shooting of a 17-year-old juvenile.  

Three other individuals have been charged with complicity to commit aggravated robbery for their role in the incident. Samantha S. Owen of Newcomerstown and Ian A. Cultrona of Dover are accused of setting up the robbery, and Lisa Freetage of West Lafayette is accused of allowing the suspects to use her vehicle to commit the crime. 

Preliminary hearings for all five suspects are scheduled for this Thursday in Southern District Court.
