New Philadelphia, Ohio (WTUZ) – Proceeds from a car show will go back to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
The event takes place Friday, July 27th in Dover and all community members are invited to join the festivities.
TCHS Volunteer Angela Black explains that they host several events to raise money for daily operations.
“[We] take in several dogs, cats, horses, pigs, you name it and they feed them, water them, vet them, and get them out into their permanent home, and obviously a lot of that takes tons of money.”
It’s $10 per car and registration is from 3pm to 5pm at 424 W. Third Street in Dover and the automobiles will be on display throughout the event from 4pm to 9pm.
The evening also includes live music by The Next, food trucks, and auction items.
