Dover, Ohio - The Dover Public Library is closing down several areas temporarily for renovations.

Director Jim Gill says they'll be closing down the Community Room, Lounge and Technology Room starting Monday, December 3rd, as they wrap up a four-month-long renovation project. The areas will remain closed until Sunday, December 16th. Patrons can pick up reserved items and will also have limited access to the internet in the Children's Room, which will remain open as usual.

Gills says they apologize for any inconvenience the temporary closure may cause.

"We have done our best to keep most of the library open during the four-month renovation. At this time, however, we need two weeks to finish the renovation project."

Gill invites the community to stop by and check out the freshly-renovated space during the Grand Reopening Open House on Sunday, December 16th from 1 to 4 p.m.
