Newcomerstown, Ohio (WTUZ) – Workers with Shelly and Sands Inc. will start preparation work Monday, July 16th for a repair project.
The Ohio Department of Transportation notes that the bridge on Interstate 77 is over State Route 258 south of Newcomerstown.
One 12 foot lane will be maintained during the preparation work.
ODOT adds the work on Monday is to construct crossovers for traffic flow during the bridge work for both the north and southbound bridges on I-77 that will begin after Labor Day.
The completion date for the total project is expected by the end of July 2019. - Mary Alice Reporting
