The Holmes County Antique Festival is held annually the 5th weekend after Labor Day in Historic Downtown Millersburg. Two days of Antiques, Arts and Crafts, Entertainment and 2 parades. 

 

A Call for Antiques

The Colonial Homestead Artisans Guild will have antique appraisers available during the 2018 Holmes County Antique Festival (Oct 6 - Oct 7)  to appraise your antiques. Additionally they will be available to discuss the artisan guild and the classes they have available for skills such as gunmaking, blacksmithing, timberframing, and many more. Who is The Colonial Homestead Artisan's Guild?

The Colonial Homestead Artisans Guild is located in Millersburg, Ohio, within northern Appalachia and home of the world’s highest Amish concentration. The organization is a recently formed 501(c)(3) not-for-profit cultural-based learning environment that is focused on the preservation of our country’s creative heritage. Our purpose will be to educate and train our guests on the traditional, sustainable and artisanal practices dedicated to the arts, crafts and culture that our forefathers utilized, in tandem with today’s evolving technologies. The offering will be designed for both amateurs interested in learning a new skill and for professionals who seek to strengthen their technical understanding of traditional crafts.
