Coshocton, Ohio - The Coshocton County Sherrif's Office is investigating a single-vehicle crash that claimed the life of 71-year-old Coshocton woman Wednesday evening.

On October 3rd just after 7 p.m., dispatch received a 911 call in reference to an accident in the 1600 block of Adams St. 

Emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene and transported Mary McCloy to Coshocton County Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased. 

According to Coshocton County Sheriff Timothy Rogers, the initial investigation shows that McCloy may have experienced a medical condition prior to the accident in which she struck a parked vehicle. He says the accident remains under investigation.

Assisting at the scene were Coshocton County EMS, Coshocton City Fire Department and Prince’s Wrecker.
